Obiettivi formativi | Questo laboratorio permetterá agli studenti di: |
Prerequisiti | Conoscenza dei fondamenti di psicologia generale. |
Metodologie didattiche | Esercizi pratici |

Contents | Human beings perceive the outside world in a multisensory way. This means that the resulting representations have a multisensory nature. So when we visually imagine an object we are able to automatically activate its noise or sound (e.g. a piano) or the sensation that it can produce at a tactile level (e.g. wool blanket). This means that when we design environments or scenarios centered on the human being they must take into account multisensorial features |
Textbook and course materials | Scientific reports discussed during the lessons |
Course objectives | This laboratory will allow students to: |
Prerequisites | Knowledge of the fundamentals of psychology of memory or general. |
Teaching methods | Practical exercises |
Evaluation methods | Practical demonstration, practical exercises |
Other information | Student cooperation exercises; group work |
Course Syllabus | The laboratory provides a brief theoretical introduction to multisensory perception. Afterwards, students will be guided in the realization of multisensory scenarios in immersive virtual reality aimed at assessing the impact of visual and auditory characteristics on the level of pleasantness and on the psychophysiological parameters determined by the same scenarios. |
