L’insegnamento del MEDS-24/C Programmazione e organizzazione in infermieristica ostetrica e ginecologica, si prefigge di percorrere le tappe più salienti delle professioni sanitarie di infermiere, infermiere pediatrico e di ostetrica/o a seguito della seconda legge di riforma sanitaria.
L'insegnamento intende anche descrivere quale è stato l’impatto di alcune disposizioni legislative sull’organizzazione delle professioni sanitarie all’interno del Serivizio Sanitario Nazionale (SSN)

Gli Obiettivi formativi dell’insegnamento di MEDS-24/C Programmazione e organizzazione in infermieristica ostetrica e ginecologica al termine delle attività formative frontali (10 ore), prevedono che lo studente sia in grado di descrivere le tappe più salienti delle professioni sanitarie di infermiere, infermiere pediatrico e di ostetrica/o a seguito della seconda legge di riforma sanitaria:
-acquisire il significato di una fonte normativa di settore sanitario, socio-sanitario e socio assistenziale e il loro impatto sulle professioni saniterie di cui alla Legge 43/2006.

-applicare le conoscenze acquisite per una categorizzazione del sistema delle professioni sanitarie a seguito delle modifiche introdotte dalla riforma degli studi Universitari (L. 341/1990)

-dimostrare di avere acquisito autonomia di giudizio nel creare collegamenti tra una disposizione legislativa e le modifiche da essa prodotte nel sistema delle professioni sanitarie

-saper utilizzare specifici strumenti tecnici di comunicazione in un contesto informative/formativo/educativo nell’espletamento di funzioni di docete, tutor, figura specialistica aggiuntiva, Coordinatore di un Corso di laurea delle Professioni Sanitarie, Dirigente della professione ai sensi delle L. 251/2000 (Abilità comunicative).
-sulla base dei contenuti disciplinari propri delle lezioni frontali del SSD MEDS-24/C Programmazione e organizzazione in infermieristica ostetrica lo studente dovrà acquisire strumenti e metodi per la consultazione delle diverse banche dati messe gratuitamente a disposizione dall’Ateneo.

Per accedere all’insegnamento di MEDS-24/C Programmazione e organizzazione in infermieristica ostetrica e ginecologica sono richieste allo studente la conoscenza della lingua inglese di livello intermedio e conoscenze informatiche di base per poter agire le competenza ed abilità di apprendimento

Lezioni frontali articolate realizzate con il diretto e costante coinvolgimento degli studenti

In sede di verifica, attraverso la prova orale, si intende consentire allo studente di rappresentare compiutamente il livello di conoscenze e capacità di comprensione acquisito nell’ambito del processo legislativo che ha interessato le professioni sanitarie di cui alla Legge 43/2006.

Al fine di approfondire alcuni aspetti del processo legislative che ha catterizzato le professioni sanitarie dopo la seconda legge di riforma sanitaria (D.Lgs 502/1992) si è provveduto a fornire allo studente una nutrita bibliografia legislative di riferimento.

L’insegnamento di MEDS-24/C Programmazione e organizzazione in infermieristica ostetrica e ginecologica ha lo scopo di introdurre lo studente del Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Infermieristiche e Ostetriche alla conoscenza delle modifiche apportato al sistema formativo delle professioni sanitarie e il loro impatto sull’organizzazione dei servizi del SSN
Le attività formative dell’insegnamento prevedono:
-studio della gerarchia delle fonti normative che hanno impattato sulle professioni sanitarie negli ultimi 30 anni
-analisi dei provvedimenti legislative che hanno impattato sul Sistema delle prestazioni sanitarie in ambito preventivo, curativo, riabilitativo e palliativo.
-descrizioni dei più recenti provvedimenti legislativi del MUR relativamente alla declaratoria disciplinare del SSD MEDS 24-/C

The MEDS-24/C Programming and organization in obstetric and gynecological nursing course aims to cover the most important stages of the health professions of nurse, pediatric nurse and midwife following the second health reform law. The course also aims to describe the impact of some legislative provisions on the organization of health professions within the National Health Service (SSN)

The educational objectives of the MEDS-24/C Programming and organization in obstetric and gynecological nursing teaching at the end of the frontal training activities (10 hours), require that the student is able to describe the most important stages of the health professions of nurse, pediatric nurse and midwife following the second health reform law:
-acquire the meaning of a regulatory source of the health, social-health and social assistance sector and their impact on the health professions referred to in Law 43/2006.

-apply the knowledge acquired for a categorization of the system of health professions following the changes introduced by the reform of University studies (L. 341/1990)

-demonstrate having acquired autonomy of judgment in creating connections between a legislative provision and the changes it produced in the system of health professions

-know how to use specific technical communication tools in an informative/training/educational context in the performance of the functions of docete, tutor, additional specialist figure, Coordinator of a Degree Course in Health Professions, Manager of the profession pursuant to L. 251/2000 (Communication skills).
-on the basis of the disciplinary contents of the frontal lessons of the SSD MEDS-24/C Programming and organization in obstetric nursing, the student will have to acquire tools and methods for consulting the various databases made available free of charge by the University.

To access the MEDS-24/C Programming and organization in obstetric and gynecological nursing teaching, students are required to have intermediate level knowledge of the English language and basic computer skills in order to implement learning skills and abilities.

Complex frontal lessons carried out with the direct and constant involvement of the students

During the assessment, through the oral exam, the aim is to allow the student to fully represent the level of knowledge and understanding acquired within the legislative process that affected the health professions referred to in Law 43/2006.

In order to delve deeper into some aspects of the legislative process that has characterised the health professions after the second health reform law (Legislative Decree 502/1992), students have been provided with a substantial legislative reference bibliography

The MEDS-24/C Programming and organization in obstetric and gynecological nursing course aims to introduce the student of the Master's Degree in Nursing and Obstetric Sciences to the knowledge of the changes made to the training system of health professions and their impact on the organization of SSN services
The training activities of the course include:
-study of the hierarchy of regulatory sources that have impacted the health professions in the last 30 years
-analysis of legislative measures that have impacted the system of health services in the preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative fields.
-descriptions of the most recent legislative measures of the MUR relating to the disciplinary declaration of the SSD MEDS 24-/C
