Acquisire competenze alla conduzione di un'intervista medica corretta ed efficace, in linea con i principi fondamentali di deontologia medica e di collaborazione con il paziente.

Al termine dell’AFP lo studente sarà in grado di raccogliere, elaborare e interpretare dati (anche grezzi) per formulare ipotesi diagnostiche o progettare interventi terapeutici, riabilitativi o di prevenzione.

Al termine dell’AFP lo studente sarà in grado di prendere decisioni professionali basate sulla propria esperienza, conoscenze teoriche e rigore metodologico.

Al termine dell’AFP lo studente sarà in grado di di comprendere il punto di vista del paziente, le sue emozioni e il suo "frame" (cornice di riferimento), comunicando questa comprensione in modo autentico.

Al termine dell’AFP lo studente sarà in grado di di trasferire le conoscenze teoriche nel contesto pratico-professionale

Leggere la “Calgary-Cambridge Guide to the Medical Interview”.

Presentazione di videoregistrazioni in cui sono presentati "role-play" per diversi aspetti dell'intervista medica. Al termine di ciascun role-play, si apre una discussione in cui gli studenti sono invitati a commentare quali aspetti considerano corretti ed efficaci e quali scorretti o comunque migliorabili al fine di un’ottimale comunicazione medico-paziente.

La competenza degli studenti verrà valutata attraverso la discussione delle situazioni mostrate durante i role-plays. La valutazione finale prevede un giudizio di idoneità se lo studente mostrerà di orientarsi correttamente nella discussione dei casi mostrati.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
Acquire skills in conducting a correct and effective medical interview, in line with the fundamental principles of medical ethics and collaboration with the patient.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.
At the end of the AFP, the student will be able to collect, process, and interpret data (including raw data) to formulate diagnostic hypotheses or design therapeutic, rehabilitation, or prevention interventions.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS.
At the end of the AFP, the student will be able to make professional decisions based on his or her experience, theoretical knowledge, and methodological rigor.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
At the end of the AFP, the student will be able to understand the patient's point of view, their emotions, and their "frame" (reference frame), communicating this understanding authentically.
LEARNING SKILLS.
At the end of the AFP the student will be able to transfer theoretical knowledge into the practical-professional context

Reading the “Calgary-Cambridge Guide to the Medical Interview”.

Presentation of videos showing role-plays for several medical interview skills. At the end of each role-play, a discussion is started in which students are invited to comment on aspects that they consider adequate and those that they considered inadequate or at least need to be improved for an optimal patient-doctor relationship.

Evaluation of students’ proficiency is based on discussion of presented role-plays. The final grade will be an evaluation of eligibility if the student shows a good approach in the discussion of the cases showed.
