L’insegnamento di PEDAGOGIA GENERALE E SPECIALE si prefigge di illustrare il campo proprio di attività e di responsabilità del laureato Magistrale in Scienze Infermieristiche e Ostetriche nell’ambito della comunicazione, con la persona ssistita, I suoi familiari e con i colleghi. La comunicazione, realizzata sia in forma verbale sia in forma scritta sempre nel rispetto della normative vigente in materia di riservatezza dei dati (GDPR/2018). Inoltre si intende approfondire tematiche Pedagogiche nell’asservanza dei Descrittori di Dublino

Gli Obiettivi formativi in adeguamento dei 5 (cinque) Descrittori di Dublino prevedono che, al termine delle attività formative frontali (20 ore) e tre (3) lezioni laboratoriali pedagogici organizzati, lo studente dovrà essere in grado di:
-acquisire i concetti fondativi avanzati del sapere pedagogico e andragogico necessari per la conoscenza e la comprensione di un percorso comunicativo nel rispetto delle Medicina di Genere (Conoscenza e comprensione).

-applicare le conoscenze acquisite all’interno i modelli basati sull’integrazione multidisciplinare all’interno dei diversi setting in ambito preventivo, curativo, riabilitativo e palliativo. (Capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione).
-dimostrare di avere acquisito autonomia di giudizio attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti e metodi comunicativi da adottare anche in condizioni di disabilità e/o difficoltà della persona nell’esprimere i propri bisogni sanitari, socio-sanitari e socio assistenziali (Autonomia di giudizio)
-saper adottare nell’agire professionale le competenze comunicative per comunicare e interagire con le persone con empatia e nel rispetto della persona adottando un atteggiamento non paternalista. (Abilità comunicative).
-sulla base dei contenuti disciplinari propri delle lezioni frontali della Pedagogia Generale e Speciale e delle lezioni laboratoriali, lo studente dovrà acquisire strumenti e metodi per la consultazione delle diverse banche dati messe gratuitamente a disposizione dall’Ateneo-Il Centro servizio del Sistema Bibliotecario di Ateneo-(Capacità di apprendimento)

Per accedere al corso integrato “CORSO INTEGRATO: C.2 SVILUPPO E FORMAZIONE DELLE SCIENZE INFERMERISTICHE E OSTETRICHE e quindi all’ insegnamento di Pedagogia Generale e Speciale sono richieste allo studente la conoscenza della lingua inglese di livello intermedio e conoscenze informatiche di base per poter agire le competenza ed abilità di apprendimento.
Per accedere all’esame finale ,lo studeve deve avare partecipato ad almeno il 75% delle attività didattiche su un totale di 20 ore di lezioni pari a 2 CF. La presenza dello student viene verificata dal docente con appello nominative al termine di ciascuna lezione forntale

Lezioni frontali articolate in lezioni laboratoriali pedagogiche organizzate realizzate con il diretto e costante coinvolgimento degli student (tecnica role play)

In sede di verifica, attraverso la prova orale, si intende consentire allo studente di rappresentare compiutamente il livello di conoscenze e capacità di comprensione acquisito nell’ambito del processo comunicativo nelle sue diverse forme di realizzazione. La verifica delle abilità comunicative dovrà basarsi sul possesso di un adeguato livello di conoscenze degli elementi che potrebbero impedire l’effettivo stabilirsi di un’efficace relazione d’aiuto tra i quali atteggiamento valutativo, interpretativo, di sostegno-consolazione, investigativo, risolutivo.

Al temine di ogni lezione frontale si provvede a rilasciare agli studenti materiale didattico sottoforma di presentazioni PP e I riferimenti bibliografici già riportati.
Al fine di contribuire a puntualizzare alcuni aspetti del processo comunicativo nelle sue diverse tipologie si è ritenuto opportune organizzare un attività a scelta dello studente dal titolo Il Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (FSE) e il suo potenziamento con uso dell’Intelligenza Artificiale (AI) trattata da esperti del settore (Ministero della Salute)

L’insegnamento di Pedagogia Generale e Speciale ha lo scopo di introdurre lo studente del Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Infermieristiche e Ostetriche a temi specifici della pedagogia/andragogia e fornire strumenti e metodi per l’adozione di adeguati modelli di interazione comunicativa.
Le attività formative dell’insegnamento prevedono:
-studio del campo proprio di attività e responsabilità del Laureato Magistrale nell’ambito delle strategie comunicative come declinato nella normativa vigente in materia
-analisi dei Descrittori di Dublino e la loro applicazione in tutti i contesti operativi professionali del laureato magistrale (informazione/formazione)
-descrizione degli strumenti e metodi per la predisposizione di un laboratorio pedagogico
-analisi di situazioni di disabilità che possono compromettere il processo comunicativo (elementi base della lingua dei segni italiana -LIS-)
-illustrazione del significato di osservazione nel processo comunicativo quale strumento di lavoro del laureato magistrale

The course of GENERAL AND SPECIAL PEDAGOGY aims to illustrate the specific field of activity and responsibility of the Master's degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences in the field of communication. Communication, both verbal and written, is always in compliance with current data privacy legislation (GDPR/2018).

The Educational Objectives in compliance with the 5 (five) Dublin Descriptors provide that, at the end of the frontal training activities (20 hours) and three (3) organized pedagogical laboratory lessons, the student must be able to:
-acquire the advanced foundational concepts of pedagogical and andragogical knowledge necessary for the knowledge and understanding of a communicative path in compliance with Gender Medicine (Knowledge and understanding).

-apply the knowledge acquired within the models based on multidisciplinary integration within the different settings in the preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative fields. (Ability to apply knowledge and understanding).
-demonstrate having acquired autonomy of judgment through the use of communication tools and methods to be adopted even in conditions of disability and/or difficulty of the person in expressing their health, social-health and social assistance needs (Autonomy of judgment)
-know how to adopt in professional action the communication skills to communicate and interact with people with empathy and respect for the person by adopting a non-paternalistic attitude. (Communication skills).
-on the basis of the disciplinary contents of the lectures of General and Special Pedagogy and the laboratory lessons, the student will have to acquire tools and methods for consulting the various databases made available free of charge by the University - The Service Center of the University Library System - (Learning ability

To access the integrated course “INTEGRATED COURSE: C.2 DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY SCIENCES and therefore the teaching of General and Special Pedagogy, the student is required to have intermediate level knowledge of the English language and basic computer skills in order to be able to implement the learning skills and abilities.

To sit the final exam, students must have attended at least 75% of the coursework out of a total of 20 hours of lessons, equivalent to 2 credits. Student attendance is verified by the teacher with a roll call at the end of each lesson.

Frontal lessons divided into pedagogical laboratory lessons organized with the direct and constant involvement of the students role play technique

During the assessment, through the oral exam, the aim is to allow the student to fully represent the level of knowledge and understanding acquired in the communication process in its various forms of implementation. The assessment of communication skills must be based on the possession of an adequate level of knowledge of the elements that could prevent the effective establishment of an effective helping relationship, including an evaluative, interpretative, supportive-consoling, investigative, and resolutive attitude.

At the end of each lecture, students will be provided with teaching materials in the form of PP presentations and the bibliographical references already reported.






In order to help clarify some aspects of the communication process in its various typologies, it was deemed appropriate to organize an activity chosen by the student titled The Electronic Health Record (EHR) and its enhancement with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), discussed by industry experts (Ministry of Health)

The course of General and Special Pedagogy aims to introduce the student of the Master's Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences to specific topics of pedagogy/andragogy and provide tools and methods for the adoption of appropriate models of communicative interaction.
The training activities of the course include:
-study of the Master's Degree graduate's own field of activity and responsibility in the field of communication strategies as set out in the current legislation on the subject
-analysis of the Dublin Descriptors and their application in all professional operational contexts of the Master's Degree graduate (information/training)
-description of the tools and methods for the preparation of a pedagogical laboratory
-analysis of situations of disability that can compromise the communication process (basic elements of the Italian sign language -LIS-)
-illustration of the meaning of observation in the communication process as a working tool for the Master's Degree graduate.
