CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE
Al termine del corso lo studente deve essere in grado di Riconoscere le alterazioni cliniche e laboratoristiche dovute a malattie immuno-mediate, fare un’ anamnesi ed esame obiettivo orientato al riconoscimento/esclusione di malattie immunoallergiche, aver acquisito conoscenze sul razionale di terapia.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE
Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà saper integrare i dati anamnestici con i segni clinici per formulare un sospetto diagnostico; interpretare i risultati degli esami di laboratorio e di imaging nel contesto del quadro clinico; applicare le linee guida basate sull'evidenza per la pianificazione di percorsi terapeutici appropriati.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO
Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà saper valutare criticamente la pertinenza e l'accuratezza dei dati clinici raccolti; analizzare le implicazioni etiche e legali connesse alle decisioni cliniche e al consenso informato; saper interpretare in modo critico la letteratura scientifica per l'aggiornamento della pratica medica.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE
Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà saper comunicare informazioni cliniche complesse al paziente in modo chiaro, empatico e comprensibile; redigere in modo sintetico e rigoroso cartelle cliniche, relazioni e referti medici; esporre casi clinici e risultati scientifici a interlocutori specialisti e non specialisti.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDERE
Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà saper utilizzare banche dati bibliografiche per risolvere quesiti clinici emergenti; sviluppare un metodo di studio autonomo per il costante aggiornamento professionale

L’insegnamento prevede lezioni frontali con discussione di casi clinici, articolate in modo da favorire l’interazione diretta con il docente e la partecipazione attiva degli studenti attraverso domande e momenti di chiarimento durante e al termine delle lezioni. La frequenza alle lezioni è obbligatoria. E’ richiesta una presenza di almeno il 75% del numero totale delle ore di lezione per poter accedere all’esame di profitto

Esame orale volto a verificare la conoscenza delle basi fisiopatologiche, della clinica e del razionale terapeutico nelle malattie immuno-mediate; simulazione di casi clinici per verificare il ragionamento di inquadramento clinico e diagnosi differenziale dello studente.
L'esame si considera superato se lo studente dimostra padronanza dei concetti chiavi di malattia, la correlazione tra fisiopatologia e sintomatologia e il conseguente razionale terapeutico. Il voto è espresso in trentesimi, dove 18 rappresenta il punteggio minimo e 30 il massimo. Il voto finale sarà espresso in trentesimi e risulterà dalla media aritmetica dei voti conseguiti negli esami dei moduli del Corso Integrato

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the course, the student must be able to recognize clinical and laboratory alterations due to immune-mediated diseases, take a’ anamnesis and physical examination oriented towards the recognition/exclusion of immunoallergic diseases, and have acquired knowledge of the rationale for therapy.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the course, the student must be able to integrate anamnestic data with clinical signs to formulate a diagnostic suspicion; interpret laboratory and imaging test results within the context of the clinical picture; and apply evidence-based guidelines for planning appropriate treatment pathways.
MAKING JUDGMENTS
At the end of the course, the student must be able to critically evaluate the relevance and accuracy of the clinical data collected; analyze the ethical and legal implications associated with clinical decisions and informed consent; and critically interpret the scientific literature to update medical practice.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
At the end of the course, the student must be able to communicate complex clinical information to the patient in a clear, empathetic, and understandable manner; prepare concise and rigorous medical records, reports, and medical reports; and present clinical cases and scientific findings to specialist and non-specialist interlocutors

The teaching includes lectures with discussion of clinical cases, structured to foster direct interaction with the teacher and active student participation through questions and clarification during and after the lessons. Attendance at classes is compulsory. Attendance of at least 75% of the total number of class hours is required to access the profit exam

Oral examination aimed at assessing knowledge of the pathophysiological, clinical, and rational therapeutic bases of immune-mediated diseases; simulation of clinical cases to assess the student's reasoning for clinical classification and differential diagnosis. The exam is considered passed if the student demonstrates mastery of the key concepts of disease, the correlation between pathophysiology and symptomatology, and the resulting rational therapeutic approach. The vote is cast in thirtieths, where 18 represents the minimum score and 30 the maximum. The final grade will be expressed in thirtieths and will result from the arithmetic mean of the grades obtained in the exams of the Integrated Course modules
